About Me

I have an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling from The Minster Centre and Middlesex University, as well as an Advanced Diploma and Diploma in Integrative Counselling from The Minster Centre.

Alongside six years of training, my own experience of long-term therapy has been central to my development as a therapist. Having sat in the client’s chair, I understand first-hand what this process can feel like. I believe it is important to have engaged in this depth of personal work before inviting others to do the same.

Professionally, I have experience working as a therapist in low-cost community counselling services, supporting clients from a wide range of backgrounds and with diverse experiences. I continue to engage in ongoing training as part of my professional development, and I have regular one-to-one and peer supervision to ensure my work remains ethical, reflective and supported.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked for over a decade in the independent film industry. I continue to hold a deep interest in arts and culture, and have a particular awareness of the challenges that can arise for those working in creative fields.

My approach is grounded in a relational, psychodynamic and somatic way of working, which you can read more about here.
